Marks From the Block, and a Ledger That Shows Its Working

An envelope now wears marks taken from the block its letter was written into: a round block when the block number is a multiple of 100, and a same block when another sender's letter landed in that block too. Your shelf shows every handstamp an envelope carries, the account postmark shows its block mark, and the shipment page explains what each one means. The Post Ledger gathers its fairness proofs into one panel with a series picker, puts the analytics of each mechanic beside them with a new Combinations tab, and lets you read its contracts by purpose or by collection.

Postcards Say Who Wrote Them

A postcard names the other party by nick beside the wallet address, and from there you can reply or open their profile. Secondary panels across the app now start folded, each with a badge that says where it stands, so a page opens on what matters and the rest is one tap away. The curated sets panel folds to a single line with progress shown as rings, and the series tab shows each set as a compact tile with a short forge button.

Show a Letter to Someone Else

A letter you received can now be shown to somebody else through a link of its own, and its envelope opens the whole shipment. The shared card reads like a catalogue entry. Postcards go out on postcard stationery instead of an envelope, and the issue page shows the specimen postcard beside the plates. “To collect” folds, sorts, filters and pages its list, so a long run of granted stamps stays easy to work through.

Shards for Curating, Not Only for Liking

The like quest no longer runs dry once you have liked every public album. New ways to earn keep renewing: a daily review that sets two items side by side and pays a Shard for each pick, up to five a day; a welcome letter to the newcomer of the day; and the story you write for an item in a public album, once it passes 80 characters. Albums get a care panel that names what is left to do and when the next tier pays, and there is a curator's week, new titles and new quests. A newcomer's first stamp is free, on a welcome voucher.

Your Plan Pays Shards Every Month

From 1 October every plan pays Shards on the first day of the month: 1000 on Max, 500 on Pro and 200 on Start, where Start needs a verified e-mail address. Settings show what your plan pays and when the next payment comes. A plan can be paid ahead for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, with the monthly price and the discount in plain view. A partner society's membership card held in your wallet now carries its plan, and settings let you check the card again.

The Post Ledger and Reveal Night

Every shipment has a public page of its own, and the Post Ledger lists them together with the proof that each draw was fair, with a public Dune dashboard for anyone who wants to check the figures. Reveal night, when an issue's misprints come to light, has a page of its own. On web and mobile.

Fusion, Packs, Challenges and Swaps at the Impossible Post

The Post became a game of its own. Ten unused copies of one design can be fused into a deluxe block, and Vehicula now has a full ladder of five, one above each design, each in a finish of its own. Packs print their odds and turn their stamps over one by one, and the openings board lists every pack with the rarity of the set it gave. Challenges show progress clause by clause. The rarity board and the specimens catalogue explain every number, and a recipe stays hidden until someone finds it first. Mark your spare copies as up for swap, propose a stamp for stamp trade from a want match, and take granted stamps from “To collect” straight into your wallet. Clubs can book a postmark of their own.

Condition Counts on the Marketplace

Listings can be filtered by stamp condition, Mint, Used, On cover or Travelled, in the same words the Post uses, and by currency. A stamp shows its condition and grade, and the series page shows how its copies spread across the conditions. A listing is now a square tile with quick actions and an estimate in your own currency. Signing in with a wallet also ends when the wallet does: disconnect the site in MetaMask and the session signs out, while a locked wallet leaves it alone.

A Registered Letter Can Travel on Paper

A registered letter can now go by real post. The printed date stamp reserves the stamp, the posting number cancels it, and the addressee signs for the letter by scanning the slip once Poczta Polska reports the delivery. When more than one postal operator is available, you pick one in the composer. The letter page reads like a courier tracking page, the addressee gets a notice of arrival, and the certificate of delivery is one tap away as a PDF.

One Navigation, One Page Template

The app now has one navigation and one page template. Start opens on the day at a glance and an overview of everything you can do here, the left menu keeps its labels and follows where you are, and every page wears the same header, tabs and filters. Clubs join albums and the Post as a flagship section. A profile gathers streak, rank, prestige and Shards into one collector panel, with a twenty-week activity map and the supporters who tipped. The bell can keep new club discussions and proposals out.

Issues Read Like a Catalogue

The Impossible Post lists its issues as a catalogue: each one a section with its state, its sales window, its figures and a strip of the actual stamps. The limit per account is printed on every design, the series page shows its mint stages, and the checkout takes a discount code. The post's own collections have a section of their own, and verifying a letter opens as a sheet that lets you pick the issue by name. Puls in Insights became a report on the whole platform, with the Shard market as daily candles. The Post now works in full on the phone.

Letters Carry Photos, Files and Parcels

A letter can carry photos and documents sealed with it, and the mailbox opens them. It can also carry a parcel: pack collectibles into it and the addressee collects them, while the sender can always take a parcel back. From an album you can tick several items and send them all to one recipient, and the transfer sheet takes a nick, refuses your own wallet and asks before sending to a contract. Any letter can also be printed as a paper keepsake.

Postcards to Strangers and an Invitation Ladder

You can send a postcard to a collector you have never written to, and your account gets a postmark of its own. Inviting friends now climbs a ladder: each collector who joins through you earns you a copy of a design, shown on the referral panel, on the join page and on the series itself. Promo codes can be redeemed from the earnings page under “Have a code?” or straight from a link.

Pick Your Own Name, and Prove It Is You

The username your first sign-in generated is no longer the one you are stuck with — change it from settings, and the name you left behind stays reserved and redirects, so nobody can pick up your old links behind you. Collectors who pass identity verification now wear a badge that follows them wherever their name appears, not just on their own profile.

Registered Mail at the Impossible Post

A letter can now be sent registered: the recipient signs for it, and the acknowledgement — or the refusal — is written on the blockchain rather than taken on trust. Registered mail wears a cancel of its own, refusing costs nothing, and the post office publishes its tariff where the price is asked, so every class is priced before you buy the postage. Stamps printed on watermarked paper can be held up to the light to check the mark is there.

The Best of a Thread, Not Just the Newest

Comment threads have a switch between the whole conversation and the best of it, and whoever owns the post can mark the reply that deserves to sit at the top. Your own comment is now yours to delete, and the Shard it earned goes back with it. A post that says it has ten comments now shows you ten.

An Accepted Offer Now Hands Over the Item

Accepting an offer on the marketplace used to go through a settlement route that could not do it — it now completes, and the token actually changes hands. An offer nobody can settle is no longer signable, the button that grants a token approval can grant it, and a listing says out loud when the stamp it is selling has already been used.

The Impossible Post Gets a League of Its Own

The Post now has its own league in the rankings, with a badge and a banner. An issue that sells out no longer has to wait out its calendar before anything can happen — its window can be closed early, and that is what decides when the first misprints come to light. The misprints themselves stopped shouting and started looking like real printing faults.

Streaks, Divisions and a Pack a Day

Three new ways to earn Shards. Your collecting streak now pays out at milestones as it grows, and when you are about to lose one you can freeze it for 20 Shards. Weekly leagues sort collectors into five divisions — Shoebox, Binder, Album, Vault, Museum — and reset every week, so you are always racing people at your own level. And there is a free pack waiting every day: open it for a random reward, with a hint in the menu when one is sitting there unopened.

The Second Factor Guards the Door

If your account has two-factor turned on, the code is asked for as part of signing in rather than on a screen you meet once you are already inside — and a prompt that says it cannot be dismissed now cannot be. Turning two-factor off requires proving you still hold the factor. The phone asks the same questions the browser does.

Club Albums Take Suggestions

Any member of a club can now propose an item for a club album and watch it wait for review, instead of needing curator rights to contribute at all. A contribution that gets refused says why. The Impossible Post Is Open

Our own postal administration is live on Polygon. Buy a crypto-stamp from an issue, mount it on an envelope, and send a letter that is postmarked on the blockchain and delivered to another collector — or to an e-mail address, if they are not here yet. Every issue has its own print run, its first-day covers and its own cancels, and the postage is paid in Shards or in the coin. It sits beside Campaigns, under Mint.

Every Ranking Formula, Written Down

Resources has a new Scoring page that explains exactly how each leaderboard decides your position — albums, collectors, leagues, clubs and streaks, one tab each. Every component is there with its real weight and its actual formula, and there are calculators for the album and collector scores: move the sliders to your own numbers and watch each part contribute. It also answers the question we get most often, which is why holding half of an issue is worth 85 points rather than 50. Because leagues each choose their own weights, the page reads them live rather than quoting a default that would be wrong for most of them. On web and mobile, in all seven languages.

Trophies, Rarity Bands and a Second Opinion on Ownership

Your profile now keeps the standings you earned: when a season closes, its final places are frozen as permanent trophies, for leagues as well as the global board. Items show which rarity band they fall into and where that came from — a position within the collection, or the size of the print run, which are two different claims and were previously blurred together. Albums carry a verification badge showing how much of their contents we have re-checked on-chain, and an item we can no longer confirm is marked rather than silently dropped. In the leagues, a collection you have finished now says so — the checklist shows whether the issue is complete, not just how much of it you hold.

Clear the Whole Set, Keep the Streak Alive

Finishing every one of your daily quests now pays a bonus on top of the individual rewards — the card shows what the full set is worth while you're still working on it. There's also a new quest streak: every day you complete at least one quest keeps it burning, and it's tracked separately from your login streak, so it rewards actually playing rather than just opening the app. Miss a day and a streak freeze steps in to save it — you earn one for every week you keep the streak going, up to two in the bank. Your existing quest history counted toward the streak from day one, so long-time questers didn't start from zero. On mobile, if you've started your set but not finished it, you'll get a nudge about three hours before the daily reset — never if you haven't started, never if you're already done.

Daily quests finally feel alive. On mobile, your three quests now greet you right on the Discover home screen instead of hiding under Progression, and every unfinished quest is tappable: touch one to jump straight to where you can knock it out. The card also loads the next day's quests on its own at the daily reset, so you'll never stare at yesterday's list again.

The Thing You Want, The Moment It’s for Sale

Your want list now watches the market for you. The moment another collector lists a token you're after, you get a notification that opens your want-list hub — where the match now shows the asking price and a button to buy or view the offer, instead of just telling you who owns it. Browsing someone else's album, any item they've put up for sale wears a little price tag in the corner; tap it to jump straight to the listing. And for a wanted token held by another collector, you can propose an in-app trade right from your matches — we prefill the offer, and once it's created we keep it linked to the match so you can track it. Your redemptions also have a home of their own: open the account menu and tap “My redemptions” to see every stamp you've claimed, whether it's still in our safekeeping or already moved to your own wallet. Your Activity Now Counts Everywhere

Commenting, sharing, completing daily quests and getting want-list matches now earn achievements, feed your prestige medals and light up your activity calendar — until now they only paid out Shards and were invisible to the rest of your profile. There is a new Quests badge category, a Community Voice prestige medal for collectors who actually talk to each other, and a daily quest for sharing an album. Notifications got a big upgrade too: tapping one now takes you straight to the album, club or profile it's about, emoji reactions on your comments finally notify you, you get a heads-up when you clear all of today's quests, and comment, reply and want-match alerts can now reach you by email. We also fixed the notification settings toggles for Shards, Clubs and Hashmarks, which looked like they worked but never actually saved.

Which item you get is drawn at the moment you claim, and the draw is provably fair: we publish a commitment before the result exists, then reveal the seed afterwards so you can check it yourself.
