How you pay
Stamp face values
A class tariff is paid by the stamps affixed to the letter — what counts is the face value printed on each one. Every stamp used is cancelled in the process.
Postage fee
A second, separate charge: Shards debited when you post. It neither replaces the face values nor adds to them.
Every sender pays these same rates. You can check them at the address below.
Ordinary letter
Class 0
Demands no face value at all — one stamp to cancel is enough. The contract has no entry for this class because there is nothing to charge, and nobody can change that.
